Senior Finance Leader
We are seeking a Senior Finance Leader to join our team. As a key finance business partner, you will work closely with the Operations Leadership Team and drive smart, data-driven decisions and actionable strategies across all operational areas.
Your expertise will be central to reducing cost to serve and ensuring operational excellence. You will lead budgeting and forecasting processes that shape the achievement of our business objectives.
About the Role:
This is a newly created leadership position with a global leader in medical devices. You will report to the Head of Finance ANZ and expand your influence by partnering with additional functional teams, helping to advance strategic goals and strengthen business performance across ANZ.
You will act as the primary finance partner for ANZ Operations and support other functional teams. Your responsibilities will include developing accurate reports and dashboards to provide financial insights for Operations and Leadership teams.
You will ensure data integrity and timely delivery of key metrics. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for ANZ Operations. Analyze freight cost drivers and develop strategies to optimize costs.
* Monitor 3PL performance and implement corrective actions.
* Drive initiatives for Loan Set and Consignment Inventory utilization and profitability.
* Manage obsolescence, expired stock, and inventory valuation accuracy.
* Support improvements in inventory planning and forecasting.
* Enhance billing processes including PO management and unbilled sales.
* Review and optimize service and repair processes and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or Mathematics.
* 8+ years' experience in a Finance / Operations role.
* Experience working within the medical device or healthcare industry in ANZ and working closely with the Operations and Commercial Teams is an advantage.
* Experience in developing reports using multiple data sources and systems.
* Strong skills in Power BI required. Advanced skills in MS Office required with excellent MS Excel modeling skills.
