Prior experience in Real Estate and a current SA (RSR/RLA) registration is essential.
What You'll Do:
* Work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to source leads, drive listings and sales of rural, residential and lifestyle properties in Keith and surrounding areas.
* You will ensure that a high level of customer service and support is delivered to all customers throughout the sales process and ongoing post sale.
* Manage buyer enquiries, perform property appraisals and negotiate agreements.
* Working collaboratively within our Keith business, you will build market intelligence to develop sales and marketing strategies that are relevant to the local market.
* Be focused on maintaining all industry compliance and legislative requirements in every aspect of the role.
What You'll Bring:
* To be successful, you will demonstrate the ability to engage with and build solid, long-term customer relationships and success achieving optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
* You will be a self-motivated salesperson, strong negotiator and driven to succeed and achieve tangible results.
* Your previous success selling real estate is ideally developed within the rural and lifestyle segments.
* Commercially savvy in your approach, professional in your presentation, you demonstrate integrity in all your dealings.
* Hold a current sales representative registration or real estate agent licence.
