ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will help manage Council-owned land and buildings by maintaining accurate records, supporting lease and licence administration, and ensuring timely financial and property processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting leases, licences and property transactions
* Maintaining databases, records and key dates
* Assisting with invoicing, accounts payable and debtor monitoring
* Delivering accurate and timely information to stakeholders
* Contributing to process improvements and effective use of systems

* Solid experience in administration, ideally within a property or similar environment
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

* Confidence using systems and maintaining data integrity
