Officer Role: Court Assessment and Prosecutions
The Assessment Service provides operational support to the courts by conducting assessments, variations or prosecution against an individual's court order.
* Deliver timely and high-quality advice to stakeholders and teams
* Undertake thorough risk assessments of an individual's safety to the community
* Effectively manage challenging behaviours in individuals
* Produce detailed reports and other documents following procedural guidelines
* Travel to designated locations as required
* Experience or knowledge of court processes and prosecutions
* Demonstrated ability to provide human services through needs assessments and intervention development
* Pays attention to body language; recognises inclusion-promoting behaviours
* Resolves complex issues through deep understanding of existing guidelines
