The Role Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing customer accounts, collections, and credit risk to support strong cash flow across our group of companies. Your responsibilities will include: • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments via phone, email, and written communication • Issue statements and reminders in line with credit terms • Investigate and resolve short payments, disputed invoices, and payment delays • Accurately allocate customer payments and reconcile accounts where necessary • Build and maintain professional customer relationships to support positive payment behaviours • Escalate non-payment or high-risk accounts to the National Credit Manager • Assist with account setup, credit limit reviews, and compliance with credit policies • Provide regular updates on collections and aged receivables • Support month-end reporting, audits, and ad hoc projects as required About You We’re looking for a motivated, detail-focused professional with strong communication and negotiation skills.
