Ausgrid is seeking a Project Delivery Officer to play a crucial part in the Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) Portfolio.
The role involves leading and managing the delivery of EVCI projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes collaborating with a team of professionals and paraprofessionals to achieve project goals and support team success.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of EVCI projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals and paraprofessionals to achieve project goals and support team success.
- Foster positive client relationships, driving successful project delivery through open collaboration and communication.
- Prepare and execute detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience and technical expertise gained in an electrical trade role within the electrical distribution industry or similar.
- Sound knowledge of safe working practices, network standards, and relevant regulations.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across stakeholder groups.
- Experience in cost monitoring and financial reporting.
- Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with engineering software and systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Electrical Trade Certificate (or equivalent).
- Cert IV in Project Management (or equivalent).
- Class C Driver’s Licence.
