The Role:
We're seeking motivated personal trainers to join our team at our Holmview location.
As a Fitness Cartel Australia personal trainer, you'll be an integral part of the team, responsible for making members feel welcome and motivating them through their fitness journey. You'll work as a sub-contractor within our facility, creating your own hours and growing your business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design personalized health and fitness programs & deliver 1:1 personal training and small group training sessions.
* Build & manage a client base with warm leads provided.
* Be actively involved in Transform8 – participate in group classes, gaining direct exposure to members and potential clients.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid / CPR certification, ABN & Insurance.
* Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
* High energy, charisma & communication skills to engage and motivate members.
