In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning and delivery of admissions-related events that showcase our school and foster meaningful connections with future families. From open days and group tours to orientation and community events, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and strengthens our reputation.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver admissions events including tours, open days, scholarship testing, and family inductions.
* Guide families through the admissions journey from enquiry to commencement.
* Represent St Hilda's at external events and provide a welcoming first impression.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive admissions experience.
* Maintain accurate enrolment records and provide data insights to support strategic growth.
Skills & Attributes
* Event management and stakeholder engagement experience.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and database systems.
* A proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented approach.
* Experience in admissions or enrolment management is desirable.
* Familiarity with Synergetic, EnrolHQ or similar platforms are desirable.
