We're working with a specialist firm expanding its R&D capability. You'll join a small, high-calibre team building quantitative models, tools, and systems that directly support the business.
The role
* Build and iterate on quantitative models and research tooling
* Develop production-grade software to support R&D
* Analyse complex data and turn insights into practical outcomes
* Collaborate closely with a largely onsite technical team
* Contribute ideas and challenge existing approaches
* Background in mathematics, statistics, physics or strong software engineering experience
* Experience with algorithms and complex problem-solving
* Comfortable working between research and engineering
