**Job Description**:
If you thrive on building and leading high-performance teams in a diverse and interesting environment, this Pre Employment Training Manager role will suit you well.
Through your team of Targeted Pre Employment Training (TPEP) Facilitators and Special Program Coordinators, you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the delivery and profitability of the Pre Employment Training program along with the atWorks participation in the Local Jobs Program in accordance with contractual requirements as set out by The Department and atWork policies and procedures.
