Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
* Source and engage candidates across Technology, Project, and Program roles
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment advice
* Coordinate interviews and prepare interview documentation
* Maintain accurate and timely candidate communication throughout the process
* Support recruitment administration and reporting as required
* Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience at all stages
The Successful Applicant
* 3-4 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment (Technology or IT recruitment highly preferred)
* Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms/ATS
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
* A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach
* Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
* Available to work on the following structure: RTO 6 days a fortnight.
