Job Description
As a Senior Change Analyst at Volkswagen Financial Services, you will be a key enabler of enterprise-wide change initiatives that align with our strategic transformation agenda. You will act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in change delivery, embedding process, technology, and cultural changes that drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer experience improvements.
This role requires a strong mix of change management expertise, stakeholder influence, and commercial acumen. You'll work across cross-functional teams—including IT, Operations, Credit, Risk, HR Legal, Marketing, and Dealer Support—to ensure that people, processes, and systems are ready for and responsive to change. Your work will directly support the company's transformation goals such as digitization, automation, core platform replacement, and customer/dealer journey redesign. Your ability to translate complex transformation projects into user-centric change plans will be vital to achieving business outcomes.
What you'll do:
* Change Planning & Delivery - Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans aligned with business priorities. Lead change impact assessments to identify the scope, scale, and stakeholders affected. Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans to manage resistance and promote adoption.
* Business Readiness & Transition Support - Define and manage business readiness criteria for go-live and ensure smooth handover from project to operations. Work with functional teams to identify and address organisational capability gaps, resource needs, and role impacts. Coordinate UAT support, service transition planning, and early life support activities post-implementation. F acilitate change workshops, coaching sessions, and awareness programs to uplift change capability across the business.
* Stakeholder Management - Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business, including functional leaders, Change Champions, SMEs, and external partners. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to identify concerns, gaps, and opportunities.
* Change Governance & Reporting - Ensure alignment of change activities with organisational change governance frameworks and project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall). Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on change readiness, adoption metrics, and business impact realisation. Escalate risks and blockers to change adoption and recommend data-driven mitigation and resolution strategies.
* Continuous Improvement - Drive post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to improve future change initiatives. Contribute to the evolution of the enterprise change management toolkit, templates, and processes. Champion a change-resilient culture by mentoring project teams, change champions, and functional leaders.
Attributes & Experience Required:
* Appropriate related tertiary qualification, degree and/or equivalent relevant experience in change management.
* 2-3 years' experience in organisational change
* Strong skillset in SharePoint, Camtasia, PowerPoint, MS Excel and other tools to support with change analysis, communications and the development of online learning tools
* Experience coordinating and / or managing change initiatives, in a complex and often challenging commercial environment.
* A sound understanding of project delivery principles and the ability to identify and mitigate risks and delays
* Demonstrated experience supporting change initiatives including delivering change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis, identifying and managing the implementation of a range of change interventions and monitoring the progress of change schedules.
* Proven experience developing and managing the delivery of stakeholder engagement, communications and learning plans, including developing communications, learning materials and training.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation and oral communication skills, including capacity to deal with a diversity of people at all levels and develop effective relationships with stakeholders.
* High level conceptual and analytical skills with the capacity to develop solutions for a range of complex issues.
* Proven ability to work constructively and collaboratively in a team environment and work independently when required.
