About the Role
Aspec Engineering, a leading multi-disciplinary engineering firm, seeks a Document Controller, to join the Brisbane team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of document deliverables in accordance with quality management systems. Responsibilities
* Manage document deliverables for the Brisbane office including the preparation of transmittals
* Maintain high levels of quality in accordance with Aspec's systems, processes, and procedures
* Format documents using company templates, PDF, and collate appendices as required
* Maintain electronic registers, management systems, and filing systems throughout a project's lifecycle
* File and archive documents
* Meeting minutes when required
* General administrative tasks as required
Skills and Experience
* Experience as a Document Controller preferred
* Experience with document management systems preferred (e.g. QDMS, ACONEX)
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF software (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Pro or Bluebeam)
* Demonstrated experience in the set-up and maintenance of project documents
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to learn and develop
