We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Managing Partner. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner. Manage calendar, emails, and schedule meetings. Prepare and amend legal documentation and reports. Manage deadlines. Liaise with clients and professionals at all levels. Accounts and billing. Handle confidential information with discretion. Assist with event planning and project coordination. Perform general office duties as required. About You Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with LEAP Software is desirable but not essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and discretion.
