Must be based in VIC - WFH with travel to sites
- 6M FTC (intention to become permanent) + ASAP start
- Up to $105 000 annual package (incl. car allowance)
As the Facilities Officer, you will be working closely with the Regional Facilities Lead for the whole of VIC, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to a high standard for one of Australia's largest NFP Organisations.
You can be based anywhere in VIC as you will be working from home with frequent state-wide travel. A car allowance will be provided.
**Duties**:
- Coordinate the required property maintenance (preventative and reactive), services, and minor property alterations
- Liaise with internal / external stakeholders and contractors
- Ensure all contractors have been inducted correctly and assist when required
- Assist with routine property inspection and conducts asset analysis, condition assessments, and identifies suitability and potential risks
- Ensure all work orders, asset information or updates, and financial data, is captured accurately in the CMMS
- Process invoices as required
- Assist the Facilities Lead with any quotes and delivery of capital works
**Requirements**:
- 6 years' Facilities Management experience working on multiple sites
- Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable functions
- A Current Australian Driver's License
