Job Title: Global Mobility Specialist
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of international workforce transitions, ensuring seamless compliance and exceptional employee experience across borders.
This position requires proactive management of the global expatriate cycle with strong partnerships, engaging with active assignees for regular connections, developing and maintaining effective key stakeholder relationships globally, and identifying mitigating risks in all areas of Global Mobility.
You will provide subject matter expertise and consult with stakeholders on Global Mobility Standards interpretation for long-term and short-term international assignments, permanent relocations, external international hires, project workers, and frequent business travelers. Additionally, you will provide regular and relevant insights on Global Mobility trends and be the main point of contact for APAC Immigration related matters.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee full lifecycle international workforce transitions, ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience across borders.
* Proactively manage the global expatriate management cycle with strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Engage with active assignees for regular connections.
* Develop and maintain effective key stakeholder relationships globally.
* Identify and mitigate risks in all areas of Global Mobility.
* Provide subject matter expertise and consult with stakeholders on Global Mobility Standards interpretation.
* Provide regular and relevant insights on Global Mobility trends.
* Be the main point of contact for APAC Immigration related matters.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree holder, Master's degree preferred (but not required).
* Wide and deep experience providing expert competence in all aspects of Global mobility (8 years and above).
* Extensive background in handling inter-country transfers across Asia Pacific Region (APAC).
* Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and responsiveness to dynamic business environments.
* Excellent communication skills to provide guidance and advice to diverse stakeholders.
* Initiative-driven, proactive, and autonomous worker.
