We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Salesperson to join our team in Albury and contribute to the success of our off-road business. As a key member of our team, you will interact with customers, branch management, 4x4 technicians, dealers, and trade resellers to respond to queries, manage bookings, and ensure every vehicle job is executed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering Excellent Customer Service: Handle customer orders with precision, from order entry and delivery tracking to invoicing.
* Supporting the Team: Provide vital administrative support, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and assisting with stock control.
* Being an Expert Advisor: Address sales inquiries over the counter, by phone, and via email from a diverse range of customers, including automotive dealers and trade clients.
* Organising Memorable Events: Help plan and execute exciting events like 4X4 Shows and Open Days that showcase our brand and products.
