About The Position
* Full-time or part-time permanent position commencing July 1, 2025.
* Negotiated Salary + Super.
* Flexible working location + hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Embed a quality improvement framework in collaboration with practice leaders to proactively identify areas for service and practice development in IFS programs.
* Provide practice support to IFS leaders and teams.
* Coordinate practice quality assurance processes and documentation across the program.
* Monitor outcomes and other performance measures under the Outcomes Framework.

About You
* Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., allied health, social work, human services).
* At least 5 years’ experience working with multidisciplinary teams in similar settings.
* Extensive knowledge of current research and practices in child protection, family intervention, and community services sectors.
* Experience in fostering and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community.
* Cultural awareness and ability to communicate effectively with families from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

* Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
* Current driver’s license.
