Join Our Culinary Team
We are looking for an experienced cook / chef to join our team, working at an inner southern suburbs location.
What you need to succeed
Proven experience as a cook or chef (Cert III and above preferred).
Flexibility in working
Hours weekly, including weekdays and weekends (Wednesday to Saturday especially).
Adaptability to changing menu requirements and customer preferences.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices including HACCP.
Knowledge of stock control and ability to work unsupervised.
