The Opportunity
Paragon Care is a leading provider of healthcare solutions across Australia, committed to delivering high-quality products and services that support improved patient outcomes.
We’re excited to be launching a new Dental Business Unit, and we’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated Business Development Manager to play a key role in establishing and growing this initiative from the ground up.
This is a field-based, customer-facing sales role—perfect for someone who thrives on independence, values meaningful client relationships, and is motivated by growth and results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to build brand awareness and expand market presence within your assigned region
* Conduct regular in-person meetings with existing and prospective clients to build trust and uncover business opportunities
* Proactively generate new leads and drive customer acquisition while maintaining and strengthening relationships with current accounts
* Create and manage a structured territory plan, ensuring consistent engagement across metro, regional, and remote locations
* Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities
* Represent Paragon Care at relevant industry events, trade shows, and supplier meetings, acting as a brand ambassador
* Ensure timely and effective follow-up on client enquiries, delivering outstanding service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
About You:
* Experience in dental sales, or sales experience combined with dental assisting or practice management
* Strong relationship builder with a proven track record in sales
* Self-sufficient, organised, and motivated to achieve results independently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable using CRM systems and intermediate computer tools
