We are seeking a skilled Device Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with printer repair, maintenance, and installation. Key responsibilities include:
* Diagnosing and repairing hardware and software faults in printers and multifunction devices
* Performing routine maintenance, servicing, and preventative checks
* Setting up, configuring, and installing printers for customers and internal use
* Troubleshooting connectivity issues including Wi-Fi, network, and driver setups
* Maintaining accurate service records, logs, and reports
* Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and onsite visits
Requirements include:
* Previous experience repairing or servicing printers or similar equipment (preferred)
* Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues confidently
* Knowledge of Windows environments, print drivers, and network printing
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
