As a Vehicle Salesperson/Trainee, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving sales for our prestigious car brand. What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
Demonstrating and test-driving vehicles to prospective customers
Identifying customer needs and requirements to match them with the appropriate vehicle
Negotiating sales and closing deals in a professional and ethical manner
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed about industry trends
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Ensuring a tidy and organised showroom to create a positive customer experience
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the local market and a good understanding of the Katherine region
A valid driver's licence and the ability to conduct test drives
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
