We are seeking a Physiotherapistswho is passionate about providing client-focused care in the community. This role is hands-on, meaningful, and rewarding — you'll be supporting clients to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance their independence in their own homes.
As a Physiotherapist, you will:
* Deliver safe, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual needs.
* Conduct assessments and contribute to care planning and reviews.
* Provide rehabilitation, mobility training, and exercise programs to support client goals.
* Work closely with clients, families, and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.

Qualifications
* Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
* Experience working as a Physiotherapist, preferably in community or aged care
* Knowledge of consumer-directed care and Home Care Packages (HCP)
* Understanding of the Aged Care Act and compliance requirements
* National Police Check (current)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Reliable, insured vehicle and valid Australian driver's licence
