About The Role
The Coles Services team is responsible for ensuring our supermarkets shine. As a leader, you will deliver excellent customer service with pride and inspire your team to provide fast, friendly, and efficient shopping experiences.
You will be expected to coach and develop your team through leading by example, while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance for team members and customers.
Your responsibilities will include managing tasks like trolley pushing/pulling and floor cleaning equipment, as well as being able to lift heavy items up to 16kg.

* Leadership experience and ability to coach and develop your team
* Safe completion of tasks and maintenance of a focus on safety and compliance
* Ability to be on your feet for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 16kg)
* Great communication, time management, and task prioritisation skills
