I'm working with a stand out and well known product led tech business that's building the next generation of AI powered applications and is looking for a Principal Engineer to spearhead this build.
This is a hands on role for someone who wants real ownership from shaping AI architecture, building production systems, and influencing product strategy from the ground up.

Skills & Experience Needed
Principal / Staff / Lead level engineering experience
Deep skills in JavaScript and a bonus for Python
Experience building scalable web systems ( Django, Reactjs, Nodejs, etc.)
Ideally, some practical experience with Generative AI (commercial or side projects, or at the very least a strong interest in this area)
Very solid system design and architectural decision-making skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and setting technical direction
