The Position
* Provide vital support for local aged care facilities experiencing staffing shortages or roster gaps. We are in need mostly of night duty.
* Be flexible and ready to jump into shifts when needed.
* Bring a positive attitude and proactive approach, contributing to a supportive team environment.
* Deliver high standards of care and build meaningful connections with residents and their families.

To Be Successful
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration. Experience in Aged Care or working with the elderly is essential.
* A positive attitude with clear communication skills.
* Full working rights in Australia.

* Having your own transport is a plus but not a requirement for this role.
