About the role
We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic CSSD Sterilisation Technician to join our clinical team on a casual basis.
Newly graduated Cert 3 or 4 Sterilisation Tech's please apply we are happy to train you up.
Monday to Friday flexible roster.
Duties and responsibilities
This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
Clean, sterilise, inspect and package surgical instruments
Ensure all sterilising standards and infection control measures are adhered to
Ensure equipment and stock are available for Perioperative staff
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across the hospital
About You
You have a genuine passion for customer service, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare.
You will have:
Must have Cert III or Cert IV in Sterilising Services
Knowledge of sterilisation procedures and practices
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Sound working knowledge of AS****:**** and Infection Control standards
Demonstrated ability to organise the sterilisation needs of the operating and procedure room requirements
We are happy to train newly graduated Cert III or Cert IV Sterilising Services candidates
