What Will You Be Responsible For?
With a strong commercial focus, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping revenue strategies, boosting event numbers and venue hire, and driving the financial performance of the Dragway at The Bend.
Key responsibilities include:
Financial Management: Manage budgets ensuring financial compliance, secure stakeholder payments, and drive profitability in line with business plans.
Operations: Prepare the venue for events, maintain WHS compliance, manage casual event staff, and coordinate shared services across the precinct.
Commercial and Marketing: Identify and implement sponsorship and partnership opportunities, ensure premium venue presentation, and support marketing efforts including content creation and event campaigns.
Motorsport Administration: Develop annual event calendars, liaise with sanctioning bodies, support race day operations, and manage dragway administrative staff.
