As an assistant store manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional customer experiences and making DIY projects a reality.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Support the leadership team to achieve business objectives
 * Set an example of outstanding service and coach the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers
 * Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and drive business growth
 * Ensure merchandising standards meet business requirements
 * Coordinate stock levels and manage inventory effectively
Requirements:
 * Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced retail environment
 * A passion for customer service and developing others
 * An ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
 * Open communication style
 * Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers
