 
        
        New York Film Academy Australia ("NYFA Australia") is seeking to appoint an experienced **Registrar** to manage the Student Services Department of its Visual & Performing Arts College. This important management role is responsible for registering and enrolling students, planning for and supervising all registration for classes and class schedules, as well as maintaining student records and course data. Additionally, the Student Services Department is responsible for maintaining the Student Learning Management System in alignment with the Academic Department.
**About You**
If you are able to successfully multitask on an ongoing basis with high attention to detail, you are proficient in systems and Microsoft Office Suite and/or G-Suite, and enjoy working in a dynamic, creative, and collaborative environment, all while helping students on their educational journey - then this role is for you!
You must be able to manage the Student Services team which includes but is not limited to ensuring NYFA Australia is compliant with ASQA, VET Student Loans Legislation, and CRICOS requirements, managing the enrolment and registration process and conducting student evaluations and their related feedback including complaint management. This role also requires someone with excellent analytic and reporting skills, able to provide frequent findings to Leadership. You must also be able to take ownership of creating a project plan and deadlines for schedule intake implementation while working with the Academic Chair and Associate Chairs to ensure hours of faculty are assigned appropriately.
The suitable applicant will have a background of working for a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and experience with CRICOS and VET Student Loans and will be available to attend NYFA Australia events and activities outside of regular business hours, such as monthly Saturday Open Days, and Student Graduation Screenings as needed.
