Job Description
As theMarketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital, event, and retail channels.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver high-impact campaigns that elevate brand awareness and support sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Contributing to the development and execution of marketing and PR strategies
Managing and creating digital content including eDMs, social media, and website updates
Planning and executing luxury events such as product launches, press activations, and boutique experiences
Collaborating with sales and retail partners on joint marketing initiatives
Managing campaign budgets, reports, and performance analytics
Liaising with agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders to coordinate campaign rollouts
Conducting competitor and market analysis to inform strategic decisions
Candidate Profile
You are a passionate and detail orientated marketing professional with proven experience in luxury retail marketing, across both digital and event campaigns.
You bring strong organisational skills, creativity, and a commercial mindset to every project.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in marketing within a luxury or premium brand environment.
Proven experience managing digital and event marketing campaigns end to end.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and project management ability.
Experience collaborating with agencies and retail partners.
Job Offer
This is a fulltime permanent opportunity based in Macquarie Park NSW, with occasional domestic and international travel.
Current Passport and Drivers Licence in required.
