The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Business Manager of St Carthage's Cathedral Parish.
Pivotal Role: Ensures CEOs are well-supported organised able to focus strategic operational priorities. Manages schedules communications prepares reports board papers coordinates meetings assists various projects compliance governance matters.
Duties include:
* Managing calendars coordinating meetings preparing reports handling confidential communications providing secretariat support boards committees preparing agendas distributing papers taking minutes monitoring action items liaising effectively internal external stakeholders including board members staff community partners
* Maintaining confidentiality at all times demonstrating initiative discretion attention detail commitment mission values
