At NAB, we aim to build the best banking talent in the industry. Through the Regional & Agribusiness Graduate Program we develop future‐ready bankers to support our regional customers.
In this Graduate role, you will
* Undertake a 4‐month rotational program that introduces you to Regional and Agribusiness Banking at NAB.
* Learn and develop skills aligned to a future career in banking.
* Connect with past alumni graduates and receive mentoring.
* Work closely with high‐performing agribusiness and business bankers in regional and rural Australia.
* Participate in industry learning and ongoing skill development.
* Engage in networking opportunities with fellow R&A graduates and employees.
* Gain exposure supporting customers and communities.
* Explore opportunities to create a positive social impact through community and customer engagement programmes.
* Be supported and placed into a permanent role during or after successful completion of the graduate program.
What you'll bring
* Proven customer service skills and a passion for regional business and agribusiness.
* Effective relationship management skills.
* Prior work experience in a service environment would be advantageous.
Eligibility
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying.
* Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program.
* Be willing to relocate to a regional location for either the 4‐month program or the first permanent role outside of the program.
* Commit to be available to commence full‐time employment in July 2026.
This 4‐month Graduate Program will commence on 20th July 2026.
