The opportunity

Are you process-driven and have experience in high-level administration?

We are looking for an Accreditation Officer to join our team in Doctors’ accreditation and credentialling. You will support the onboarding, credentialing, and license compliance process for our healthcare professionals in accordance with regulations.


Key responsibilities

* Ensure all new healthcare and medical practitioners have appropriate qualifications, valid registration and visa approvals to be employed by Perth Radiological Clinic
* Perform and monitor the doctor accreditation renewal process, including the use of business analytic tools to produce essential reports to assist in this process (i.e. annual renewals of critical licenses and registrations, e.g. AHPRA, Radiation licenses)
* Maintain and monitor a database to ensure renewals are processed prior to expiration, and up-to-date information is always available in relation to accreditation and credentialing activities
* Provide consistent and timely follow-up on all outstanding accreditation and credentialing items to meet business requirements
* Respond to queries from staff and other departments, working collaboratively to provide support and information as required throughout the renewal process
* Monitor and review the effectiveness of practices and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.


What do you need to be considered?

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in delivering administration services in a complex setting
* Demonstrated effective organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to work effectively with people of all levels
* Competent with Office 365 tools, including database management, maintaining schedules, and spreadsheets to plan and track activities and analyse data
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team and provide a customer-centric service
* Healthcare industry experience is not essential, but will be highly valued.

You will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving, and cross-checking information for accuracy.

In addition to the above, you must have:

* Full Australian working rights
* A National Police Check dated within 6 months or be willing to obtain
