Civil Construction Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Supervisor to lead our road construction teams in regional environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and oversee TMR-compliant road construction works, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
* Manage pavement construction, subgrade preparation, drainage, slope stabilisation, and soil nails, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Develop strong knowledge of TMR specifications relating to emergency works, temporary works, and permanent reinstatement.
* Coordinate crews, plant, and subcontractors to optimise productivity in high-risk, time-critical environments.
* Identify and resolve site constraints such as access, water management, unstable ground conditions, and environmental controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of TMR specifications, construction methodologies, and quality standards.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
* Demonstrated leadership experience supervising field crews, with a proven track record of success.
* Sound understanding of civil construction plant, materials, and modern road construction techniques.
