Job Title: Senior Engineering and Project Management Professional

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and project management certification (or equivalent experience).
* Proven leadership experience in engineering project management or capability development on complex projects.
* Strong proficiency in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.
* Ability to build and lead multi-disciplinary teams, coaching and developing technical talent.
* Strategic thinker with experience in resource prioritisation and trade-off decision-making.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Knowledge of shipbuilding or defence sector practices, technologies, and regulatory environments is highly desirable.
