Your new team
Within VIDRL you will work in a multidisciplinary environment focused on diagnostic and research excellence, collaborating with clinicians, scientists and laboratory staff across Melbourne.
Your success in this role will be in your ability to
* Process primary samples for routine culture and microscopy
* Process routine samples for molecular assays
* Assist with the receipt of laboratory consumables
* Perform other duties as directed from time to time
Your Contribution
* Experience in basic laboratory techniques
* Experience working in a diagnostic laboratory
* Experience handling infectious materials
* Experience with the use of an autoclave
