We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Office Administration professional to join our Gold Coast team. This role offers an opportunity for growth in a supportive environment.
The varied and people-facing role involves supporting both the Business Advisory and Operations teams with administrative duties, including correspondence management, reception, document handling, and supply maintenance.
 * Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
 * Reception duties and visitor management
 * Document handling, scanning, binding, filing, and report preparation
 * Maintaining office and stationery supplies
 * Supporting internal meetings and events with logistics and preparation
 * Updating internal databases and assisting with compliance and client documentation
Requirements:
 * Minimum 1 year of admin experience in a professional services environment
 * Friendly and confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
 * Highly organized and able to manage competing deadlines calmly
 * Tech savvy with strong MS Office and Outlook skills
