About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations to ensure venues operate safely and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations
Support and guide the team to achieve outstanding results
Act as a vital link between frontline staff and leadership to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
RIIWHS204E - Work safely at heights
Current Working with Children Employee check
Satisfactory National Police Check (funded by SEL)
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Working at Heights Training (highly desirable)
