**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking an experienced **Customer Service**/**Admin Assistant** to work 0830-1700 Mon-Fri to assist in the daily running of a modern self-storage facility in Moorabbin with secure, monitored 24/7 customer access.
**Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will:

- Liaise with customers and help them satisfy their self-storage needs 
- Sign up customers, enter information and take payments 
- Be the face of the business by delivering flawless customer service
**ABOUT YOU:
- ** 
- Strong admin and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) 
- Fast accurate typing speed 
- Excellent written and spoken English 
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM software (or the ability to learn quickly) 
- A clear and confident telephone manner 
- Common sense/resourcefulness 
- Attention to detail 
- A genuine passion for high quality customer service and the confidence to deliver it 
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills 
- Team-orientated with strong sense of responsibility
