National Dental Care / DB Dental is seeking vibrant, organised and professional Dental Call Centre Operators to join our Call Centre team in North Fremantle.

About the Roster:
* Various shifts between operational hours of 6:00am to 5:00pm weekdays
* Possibility of occasional State Public Holiday shifts (between 06:00am to 03:00pm)
About the Role:
* Answering all inbound and outbound phone and email queries attending to them or redirecting them as appropriate
* Liaise with practices, external specialists/allied health providers, and other stakeholders
* Systems used - D4W, Salesforce
About You:
* Minimum of 12 months Call Centre experience (desirable)
* Have clear and friendly telephone manner and voice
* Be warm, caring, reliable, organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and take initiative within your role as well as provide support to colleagues
* Able to solve problems and remain calm under pressure
* Understand the importance of sensitive and confidential information keeping
* Have exceptional attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
* Be proficient in using computers including Microsoft Office
* Dental industry experience is preferred however training will be provided to the right candidate
