We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Retail Assistant / Retail Manager
to elevate our pharmacy to new heights. This is a fantastic
full-time opportunity
to lead a supportive, professional, and fun team, all while enjoying a well-balanced roster in a rewarding hospital environment.
Responsibilities
Coach and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction.
Create an empowering culture that enables the pharmacy and retail team to excel.
Lead the team to drive sales and meet KPI's.
Maintain medication safety and ensure compliance with legislative and procedural standards.

What You'll Bring
Experience with FRED office and point of sale systems highly desirable.
Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles.
Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement.
Mandatory Requirements
Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
Relevant S2 / S3 Certification.
A national police check conducted within the last 12 months.
