What is our opportunity?


At Asuria your role is to empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. You will meet specific targets, provide tailored guidance and coaching, assist with job placement, and provide ongoing support to your client group. Your commitment to understanding the unique employment needs of clients and collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity is a key driver of success in this role.


Responsibilities

* Empower clients to achieve sustainable employment through tailored guidance, coaching, and ongoing support
* Meet performance targets and support job placement efforts
* Understand client needs and collaborate with employers to connect talent with opportunities


Qualifications

* Experience within the Employment Services industry is highly advantageous
* Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment
* Proven success in target-driven environments
* A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement
* Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role

You are a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or similar fields. Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities, knowledge of the local labour market, and strong administrative/IT skills are important. You balance empathy with a drive to achieve positive business outcomes.
