Customer Service Representative
About the Role:
This is an opportunity to perform customer-focused retail tasks that support the daily operation of the store and contribute to its success.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting marketing activities, processing donations, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and store organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register.
* Support in-store marketing initiatives.
* Process donations accurately and ensure effective stock presentation.
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and store organization.
* Follow Work Health and Safety practices, security protocols, and store procedures, including cash handling.
* Assist and guide team members, report incidents, and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
* Relevant retail industry experience or customer service background.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
