Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly organized and skilled individual to fill a mixed operations role. As an all-rounder, you'll be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and customer service support across our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and financial administration
- Stock and inventory management
- Quoting and invoicing
- Warehouse work, including receiving and dispatching goods
- Customer service and sales support
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in bookkeeping, inventory management, and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Boating/marine experience preferred but not essential
