About the Role
This newly established senior role provides advanced clinical expertise and leadership in physiotherapy services across our Care Communities. You will play a key role in supporting residents to maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life through evidence-based assessment and intervention, while mentoring staff and driving service development.
In this role you will:
Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessments and interventions for older adult

Mentor and supervise junior physiotherapists and student- s
Support service development, quality improvement and clinical governanc- e
Act as a delegate for the Clinical Manager when require- d
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve person-centred care outcome- s

Skills & Experience
Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapis

Minimum 7 years' clinical experience, ideally in aged care or geriatric reha- b
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative approac- h
Advanced knowledge of aged care standards, falls prevention and rehabilitatio- n
Experience leading service development and quality improvement project- s
