About the Role As a Solution Architect, with a focus on
manufacturing
you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering fit‑for‑purpose solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs. You’ll work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Consulting teams to scope, architect, and guide the implementation of business‑critical systems.
You’re a trusted advisor to our clients, consistently delivering solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations. You’ll be known for designing scalable, commercially sound solutions that align with business goals and add real value. You’ll proactively identify opportunities for innovation, mentor and uplift your peers, and contribute to a high‑performing, collaborative team culture. Your ability to adapt quickly, learn on the fly, and navigate ambiguity with confidence will set you apart in a dynamic and rapid‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture during implementation and mentor delivery teams.
Design and specify scalable, best‑practice solutions tailored to client needs.
Provide pre‑sales support including RFP responses, demos, and workshops.
Conduct scoping studies and business consulting engagements.
Build robust relationships with clients and software partners.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years in solution architecture and pre‑sales roles - manufacturing
Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
Proven experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions.
Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
You are someone who consistently puts the customer first, building trust and delivering exceptional service. You thrive in ambiguous situations, adapting quickly and making sound decisions even when information is limited.
