Construction Leadership Role

Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee design development, procurement, and subcontractor packages to ensure seamless project delivery
* Drive program management, project planning, and reporting to optimize outcomes
* Support site delivery teams in maintaining compliance, safety, and quality standards
* Maintain strong relationships with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders
* Identify and resolve construction and design issues promptly
* Manage commercial aspects, cost tracking, and contract administration effectively
Essential Qualifications:
* Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer role
* Proven track record on mid to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects
* Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability principles
