What You’ll Do
* Manage a portfolio of SME clients across Australia
* Quote, place, renew, and review policies with precision
* Handle claims and client queries confidently
* Build strong relationships with insurers and clients, it’s not all about transactional renewals
* Ensure compliance and maintain accurate documentation
What You Bring
* Solid experience in SME general insurance broking at the Account Exec level
* A desire for growth, hunger for success, and a team-first attitude
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (RG146)
* Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach
* Ability to hit the ground running and add value from day one
