We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Analyst to join our team in improving data accuracy, compliance and customer outcomes through better data governance and quality practices.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support a Billing System Project built on Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing, with a strong focus on data governance, data quality and documentation. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure billing data is accurate, compliant and fit for purpose.
A key part of this role involves identifying and resolving data quality issues across the organisation. You will conduct root‑cause analysis, work with different business areas to develop remediation plans, and support the rollout of guidance, training and metrics to improve ongoing data quality monitoring.
About You
* You have 2+ years' experience in data governance or related roles
* You possess strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical audiences
* You have hands-on SQL experience including working with Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing software
